Location: Roseville, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

About the Role

Our team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support a busy team of Property Managers overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property management administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and serving as a key resource to both tenants and management.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a commercial property management company and possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of commercial properties
  • Prepare and maintain tenant files, leases, contracts, and property records
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, and contractors regarding property-related matters
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and tenant correspondence
  • Support tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration activities
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other property management documentation
  • Coordinate vendor scheduling and service requests
  • Assist with property inspections and follow up on maintenance items
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly organized and updated

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience within a property management company required
  • Commercial property management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting Property Managers and handling property-related administrative functions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with tenants and vendors
  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute preferred
